DENTAL CENTER MIRKOVIĆ
DENTAL CENTAR MIRKOVIĆ, founded in 2019, is a continuation of twenty-five years of successful dental practice of Professor Siniša Mirković, PhD, which began at the Dentistry Clinic of Vojvodina and the Tarasenko-Mirković dental office.
At Dental Centar Mirković we provide all services related to modern general dentistry and oral surgery and implantology.
25 YEARS
of successful dental practice
Professor Siniša Mirković, PhD was born in Novi Sad.
He graduated from secondary medical school, department of dental assistants.
Graduated from University in Novi Sad, Faculty of Medicine, as the best student of his graduating class.
He has been a regular employee at the Dentistry Clinic of Vojvodina, which is a part of the Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad.
He became an oral surgery specialist.
do 2008.
From 2000 to 2008 he was the Chief of Department for oral surgery at the Dentistry Clinic of Vojvodina.
He defended his Master’s thesis.
He defended his doctoral dissertation and became a Doctor of Dentistry.
He founded the Oral Implantology Department at the Dentistry Clinic of Vojvodina and he has been Head of Department since.
Full professor in Oral Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad.
He became head of the hospital department of oral surgery and implantology including general anesthesia and the outpatient clinic.
He founded DENTAL CENTAR MIRKOVIĆ in Novi Sad.
- PUBLICATIONSSo far, he has published dozens of papers in national and international journals dedicated to oral surgery and implantology. He has published a monograph titled Mini Dental Implants and chapters in several other published monographs.
- PROJECTSHe is the manager of two projects supported by the Provincial Secretariat for Science and Technological Development of Vojvodina: Reconstruction of bone defects of the maxillofacial region through the use of modern computer technology and Detecting bacteria in the oral cavity through the use of wireless sensors with the goal of improving the population’s oral health. He also collaborates on several other projects.
- LECTURESHe has been a guest lecturer at several international conferences, both in Serbia and abroad.
- LICENSESHe is a licensed instructor for several modern implant systems as well as for the application of the ultrasonic surgical knife in oral surgery and implantology.
- MEMBERSHIPHe is a member of BaSS (Balkan Stomatological Society), ITI Study Clubs, DDS (Digital Dentistry Society), a member of the committee of the Section of Oral Surgery and Implantology of Serbia, a member of the committee of Serbian Medical Society – Association of Physicians of Vojvodina. He is the Vice-President of the Implantology Section of Serbia.
